chili cheese dip recipe

Ingredients Needed: 

​

16 oz. Velveeta cheese

​

1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion

​

1 can / 4 oz  can chopped green chiles

​

3 - 5 tbsp FIREHOUSE CHILIFIRE Chili Spice

​

OR......

​

16 oz. Velveeta cheese

​

1 CUP FIREHOUSE CHILIFIRE Chili (see recipe)

​

Cooking Instructions:

​

Cut cheese into cubes

​

Melt cheese on medium heat

 

Add onion and green chiles

​

And FIREHOUSE CHILIFIRE Chili Spice OR  Chili

​

Cook slowly for 3 - 5 minutes

​

Stir continuously until cheese melts to a smooth consistency.

​

Remove from heat. Allow to cool.

​

Serve warm or at room temperature.
