Ingredients Needed:

12 oz Pappardelle Noodles


Sauce Ingredients:

1½ Tbsp Cooking Oil

½ Cup Scallions tops thinly sliced

1½ Tbsp Minced Garlic or 4 cloves

¼ Cup Vegetable Broth (low-sodium)

2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar


Garnish Ingredients:

¼ Cup Scallion stems thinly sliced

1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

More Chili Spice sprinkled on top (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat a small frying pan over very low heat. Add cooking oil along with thinly sliced scallions tops and minced garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes on very low heat and constantly stir.

2. Heat water for the noodles to boil. Add noodles and cook per instructions.

3. Add vegetable broth, light and dark soy sauces, balsamic vinegar, and FIREHOUSE CHILIFIRE Chili Spice into the saucepan and stir. Turn the heat up to medium-low and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes without a lid on. Turn to very low heat.

4. Drain the noodles and return to pan, then pour the sauce over noodles and mix well until the noodles are well coated with the sauce. Finish with scallions, toasted sesame seeds, and more FIREHOUSE CHILIFIRE Chili Spice (optional). Serve when hot.
